Aydian Dowling Promoted to Chief Advancement Officer at Point of Pride

Point of Pride is pleased to announce the promotion of Aydian Dowling to Chief Advancement Officer. In this expanded role, Aydian will lead the organization’s strategic growth, spearheading fundraising initiatives, partnerships, and community engagement efforts.
Aydian has been an integral part of Point of Pride since its founding, serving as a co-founder, former Board President, and most recently as the Engagement and Advocacy Lead. His dedication to advancing the mission of Point of Pride has helped shape the organization’s programs and partnerships over the years.
“Aydian’s leadership and vision have been instrumental to our growth,” said Jeff Main, Executive Director of Point of Pride. “We are excited for him to step into this new role and continue driving our efforts to expand access to gender-affirming care and resources.”
As Chief Advancement Officer, Aydian will build on his previous work to ensure that Point of Pride can continue providing life-changing services to transgender and gender-diverse individuals worldwide.
Point of Pride's mission is help trans youth and adults access necessary, life-saving health and wellness services. To date, Point of Pride has awarded $2,750,000 in financial aid and provided gender-affirming support to 22,000 people in all 50 states and around the world.
