Solidarity with the AAPI Community
To our Asian, Asian-American, and Pacific Islander siblings, we see you.
The anti-Asian attacks in the US, most recently in Atlanta, are part of a heartbreaking history of systemic exclusion, mistreatment, and violence. As we all continue to do the work of grappling with the troubling and painful history of the treatment of non-White people in the US, we want to be intentional about holding space for our Asian siblings and allies who are feeling the impact of the recent violence, as well as the history of oppression and exclusion. We support you and are here for you.
Whatever you are feeling right now is valid. We want to remind you that you are important and you are enough — as you are and unconditionally. If you’re struggling, we encourage you to reach out to Trans Lifeline, which is an incredible resource by and for trans people.
