By popular demand, we’re thrilled to announce the launch of Point of Pride’s Meditations for Trans People—a growing collection of meditations and mental health exercises created by and for trans people.

We heard from so many of you looking for tools to help manage dysphoria, anxiety, burnout, and self-doubt—so we made something just for us. These practices are designed to support your mental health, help you find moments of peace and grounding, and celebrate your trans joy—even in the midst of challenge.
